At Hokuriku Food Design Labo, we initiated the development of original rice syrup and vegi syrup that effectively utilize Japanese agricultural products, starting in September 2023. We continuously propose new possibilities for plant-based (plant-based) materials that connect to the next generation worldwide, such as Japanese plant-based sweeteners, sugar-free products, and fermented foods.
